TERMS AND CONDITIONS that govern the use of Biletru.us. You means a buyer of concert tickets. We means Red Stars International Inc. By clicking ‘Place your order' button, you authorize Biletru.us to charge your credit/debit card for a payment for your concert ticket(s) purchase. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES. Please carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by our clients, such as promoters, venues and theaters, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for stolen or damaged tickets. You agree that you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from Biletru.us. Should you do so, your tickets will be cancelled, and we may refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts on which such chargebacks have been made and by all persons whose name associated in any way with such chargebacks. If the event for which you purchased tickets is canceled, we will give you a refund of the ticket price by issuing a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket or issuing a check and mailing it to your billing address. We make every effort to ensure that your money get refunded quickly in the event of a cancellation. We work hard to make sure that we only work with reputable promoters and venues. However, in some cases we can only issue a refund to the extent that the promoter or venue responsible for the event provide us with the funds necessary to issue refunds. If a purchase confirmation wasn't displayed on our website right after the purchase, you must contact our customer service department immediately to notify us in order to resolve the problem. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was placed when it was not. All orders are subject to credit card verification. If some of your information can not be verified, we may cancel your order and sell your tickets to another customer.
NOTE ABOUT TICKETS DELIVERY
You must provide us with correct shipping information such as shipping address, telephone number and email address. We cannot be held responsible if the incorrect information was provided by you such as wrong or missing apartment number or incorrect building, street or city. Your order might get lost or delivered elsewhere shall you make a mistake in entering your shipping information. Even if you provide us with a correct shipping address, it is possible for USPS, FedEx or UPS not to deliver your package on time or at all. It is your responsibility to notify us if you don't receive your tickets by sending us an email at email@example.com. Please also evaluate mailing methods before making your selection. There are no refunds in the event of a late delivery of your tickets.
TICKET PRICES AND OTHER CHARGES
We sell tickets on behalf of event providers (such as promoters, venues and artists' representatives). When you purchase a ticket for an event, we will accept payment from you on behalf of the event provider. Ticket prices are usually set by the event provider and not by us. Most of the time we have no control over ticket prices or the number of seats available. Periodically we sell tickets to our own events on this website therefore becoming an event provider. Charges for each purchase through us will include the provider's per ticket charge for each seat you purchase plus our per ticket service charge. Our service charge is calculated as a total of our processing fee and our handling fee. Mailing, courier or other shipping or delivery charges will also be added to the total price of your order. Service charges and delivery fees help us to provide our customers with reliable, fast and convenient access to event tickets. This is also a source of our revenue. We do our best to keep our fees reasonable. We use this revenue to provide our customers with best in our filed, reliable 24/7 customer service, information about canceled and rescheduled events, refunds done in timely fashion, secure shopping and web technology upgrades. Sometimes there is an additional facility (venue) fee. The facility fee is a charge by the venue owner.
NOTE ABOUT PRICING
We make every effort to provide accurate information about concerts, tickets and their pricing on our website. However, pricing and/or typographical mistakes may, on rare occasions, appear on this website. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the price of a ticket or concert information. In the event a ticket information appears with an incorrect price or with inaccurate concert information, we reserve the right to cancel any orders for the tickets and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a technical malfunction of this website. If an order you placed is cancelled, we will notify you of the cancellation. Prices, fees and availability are subject to change without notice.
PROMOTER'S RULES, EVENT CANCELLATION, EVENT RESCHEDULE
In the case of an event cancellation, we will attempt to refund processing fee portion of service charge. However, handling fee might not be refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable in the event of cancellation. City, state, and local taxes are usually included in the face value of the ticket. If an event is rescheduled, we will contact you with the new date and time as soon as we can. Refunds are up to the artist, venue, or promoter - but we'll do everything in our power to help. Also, please be advised that promoters and venues often have their own rules and regulations concerning the conduct of events. All tickets are sold on this web site with the understanding that the ticket may be used by the purchaser only subject to and in accordance with the Promoter's and/or venue's rules and regulations. By purchasing a ticket through this web site, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase of the ticket and use of the ticket will be subject to those rules and regulations. If the Promoter or venue management considers your conduct to be disorderly or if the Promoter or venue management believes you have failed to comply with the Promoter's or venue's rules and decides to eject you from the event, we will not issue you a refund. By purchasing a ticket through Biletru.us you agree that we will have no liability for promoters and venues activities or any third party and that any complaints you may have with regard to the event or its cancellation or rescheduling, its content or any other aspect of the event will be directed solely to the Promoter and/or the venue and NOT to the owners and managers of Biletru.us and that we will not be liable for any such complaints you may have.
If you have a dispute and your dispute involves an event (or a ticket for an event) that is located in the United States, then the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions and you consent to personal jurisdiction. If you have a dispute and your dispute involves an event (or a ticket for an event) that is located in Canada, then the dispute will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to its conflict of law provisions and you consent to personal jurisdiction, and agree to bring all actions, exclusively in courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
YOU ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH
You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation.
